Simple plans built around being chosen.
Every plan includes the complete five-phase Review Engine, from competitive analysis and customer-journey setup to review requests, responses, proof placement, monitoring and reporting. Plans differ only by how many customers enter the review journey each month.

Why the reputation foundation matters
read reviews before choosing a local business.

Website rebuild add-on
Turn your reviews into a website that earns the enquiry.
Every reputation plan includes a website audit and essential review proof. If the underlying site is dated, slow or difficult to trust, we can rebuild it around the customer decision journey as a separately scoped project.
There is no placeholder price: the quote depends on the number of pages, content, integrations and whether the existing brand and structure can be reused.
Optional, later
Lead capture and AI, scoped after the core.
These are not higher plan tiers and they are not needed by every business. Once the reputation foundation is working, we can scope the one operational gap worth fixing. Pricing is confirmed after a short conversation about volume, channels and integrations.
AI voice agent
Answer missed and out-of-hours calls, capture the enquiry and route or book it.
Learn more →AI chatbot
Answer website and social messages, qualify the enquiry and pass it to your team.
Learn more →Missed-call text-back
Send an immediate response when you cannot answer, before the caller moves on.
Online booking
Connect a practical booking journey to the website and Google profile.
Lead follow-up
Follow up quotes and enquiries consistently so warm opportunities do not go cold.
Messaging & social automation
Keep routine messages and light-touch updates moving without adding another manual task.
Implementation timeline
How we launch the Review Engine
Days 1–14
Establish the truth
Confirm access, audit the Google profile and website, record the reputation baseline and agree where customer requests fit.
Days 15–30
Launch the foundation
Strengthen the profile, put review proof on the website and switch on the compliant request and response process.
Month 2 onward
Manage and improve
Keep the review flow moving, answer new feedback and compare your reputation with the nearby businesses customers also consider.
What sits outside the plans
AI voice agents, chatbots, lead-capture automation, paid advertising, website builds, broader local SEO campaigns, custom software and multi-location work are scoped separately. Message, call, advertising and other metered third-party costs are only passed through when agreed in advance.
Why volume is the fair divider
The ongoing workload grows when more customers enter the request journey and more feedback needs monitoring and answering. The launch foundation does not repeat every month, so it is included across all three plans instead of being used to inflate a permanent fee.
- Setup
£497£0 - Rolling monthly plans
- No review gating or fake reviews
- Plain reporting every month
Not sure which volume fits?
Count how many customers you could fairly ask for a review in a normal month. Start in that band. If the number changes, the plan can change with it. If you regularly need more than 750 requests, we will scope a custom-volume plan around your customer flow.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a minimum term?
- No. Plans run monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
- Is there a setup fee?
- The usual £497 setup fee is currently discounted to £0 across all three plans. It includes the reputation baseline, Google Business Profile foundation, website review-proof audit, initial reactivation campaign and request-system launch.
- Is there a guarantee?
- Yes. Cancel any time in your first two months, for any reason, and we refund every payment you have made to us, the first month included. You do not have to give a reason or prove a result, and you keep every review, reply and profile improvement. It is not a ranking, rating or customer-volume guarantee, and it does not cover ad spend or other third-party costs.
- Do higher plans unlock more features?
- No. Every plan includes the complete five-phase Review Engine and the same launch foundation. The price changes with the number of customers entering the review-request journey each month, not with one-off features withheld from lower plans.
- What counts as one review request?
- One customer added to the agreed review-request journey counts as one request. The follow-ups within that journey do not create extra request counts, and the allowance is not a promise that every customer will leave a review.
- What is included when connecting the review process?
- We include setup of the agreed review trigger, including a simple mobile completion form where needed. Authorised staff can use the form without routine HighLevel access. If your existing job or booking software requires bespoke integration work, we will explain and price that separately before you commit.
- What happens if our customer volume changes?
- You can move up or down as the number of customers you ask changes. We will flag a consistent change before recommending a different band, and regularly needing more than 750 requests a month is scoped as a custom-volume plan. There are no surprise overage charges.
- Why is the launch work the same in every plan?
- The reputation baseline, Google profile foundation, website review-proof audit and initial reactivation are setup work. A business should not pay a higher monthly fee forever because it needed a larger one-off checklist at the start.
- Are AI and lead-capture automations included?
- No. Voice agents, chatbots and lead-capture automations sit outside the core reputation plans. We scope them separately once the foundation is working and there is a clear operational gap worth fixing.
- Why are there no fixed AI or automation prices here?
- The right scope depends on call volume, channels, integrations, usage and how the business handles enquiries. We would rather price the actual job after a short conversation than publish a teaser price that rarely matches delivery.
- Do I own my Google profile and domain?
- Yes. You keep primary ownership. Area Leaders works through manager or delegated access.
- Do you guarantee a number-one ranking?
- No honest agency can. We guarantee the work listed in your plan, transparent reporting and measurable comparisons against the starting point.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Start with the request volume you realistically need now and change bands if your monthly customer flow changes.

We'll confirm how many customers should enter the request journey each month, then set up the complete Review Engine.
