Reputation pricing

One plan. Everything included.

No tiers to work out and nothing held back for a more expensive one. £197 a month covers the whole Review Engine for one location: the requests, the replies, your Google profile and the monthly report. Setup is included.

Reviews & Reputation

£197/ month

Setup£497£0

Everything needed to keep genuine reviews coming in and every one answered, for one location.

  • Review requests and follow-ups, sent for every customer
  • Every new review answered, or escalated to you
  • Your Google review profile kept current
  • A monthly report and a competitor benchmark

Rolling monthly, cancellable with 30 days' notice. One location, under a fair-use policy sized for a normal single-location trade.

Included in your first month

The setup, done before the requests start.

None of this repeats every month, so none of it sits in the monthly fee twice. It happens once, at the start, and it is what makes the requests worth sending.

  • Your reputation baseline: rating, volume, recency, responses and closest competitors
  • A Google Business Profile health check and the agreed essential fixes
  • An audit of your decision pages, with review proof added or specified
  • One launch campaign to restart review flow from past customers

Asking more customers than a single-location trade normally would? Tell us and we will price it honestly →

Two months, and every penny back if it is not for you. Cancel any time in your first two months, for any reason, and we refund every penny you have paid us. No reason needed, nothing to prove, and the reviews we earned stay on your profile. See the terms

Why the reputation foundation matters

97%

read reviews before choosing a local business.

~74%

only care about reviews written in the last three months.

~80%

are more likely to use a business that responds to all its reviews.

Website rebuild add-on

Turn your reviews into a website that earns the enquiry.

Every reputation plan includes a website audit and essential review proof. If the underlying site is dated, slow or difficult to trust, rebuilding it is a separate offer with its own site.

It has a published price you can read before you speak to anyone, so it is not quoted again here and it is not bundled into a reputation plan.

Optional, later

One small addition, once the reviews are running.

This is not a higher plan tier and not every business needs it. Once the review process is working, ask us about connecting online booking to your website and Google profile.

Online booking

Connect a practical booking journey to the website and Google profile.

This page prices one of the four

Reviews are the first place local work goes elsewhere. Your website, your phone and the enquiries that went quiet are the other three, and each is a separate offer with its own published price. You can read all four side by side before you speak to anyone.

Implementation timeline

How we launch the Review Engine

Days 1–14

Establish the truth

Confirm access, audit the Google profile and website, record the reputation baseline and agree where customer requests fit.

Days 15–30

Launch the foundation

Strengthen the profile, put review proof on the website and switch on the compliant request and response process.

Month 2 onward

Manage and improve

Keep the review flow moving, answer new feedback and compare your reputation with the nearby businesses customers also consider.

What sits outside the plan

Answering your calls, building your website and following up old enquiries are separate offers with their own prices, not parts of this one. Paid advertising, custom software and multi-location work are scoped separately. Message, call, advertising and other metered third-party costs are only passed through when agreed in advance.

Why there is only one plan

Because every business needs the same thing here: every customer asked, every review answered, the profile kept current. Splitting that into tiers would mean holding part of it back from someone, and the only honest thing left to charge more for is volume, which hardly moves for a single location. So there is one plan, and you are not asked to guess which version of it you are.

  • Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice
  • No review gating or fake reviews
  • Plain reporting every month

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum term?
No. Plans run monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Is there a setup fee?
The usual £497 setup fee is currently discounted to £0. It includes the reputation baseline, Google Business Profile foundation, website review-proof audit, initial reactivation campaign and request-system launch.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, and it is unconditional. Cancel any time in your first two months, for any reason, and we refund every penny you have paid us, the first month and any setup fee included. You do not have to give a reason or prove a result, and you keep every review, reply and profile improvement. It is not a ranking, rating or customer-volume guarantee, and it does not cover ad spend or other third-party costs.
Is there a cap on how many customers you ask?
There is no counted allowance. One plan covers one location under a fair-use policy sized for a normal single-location trade, which is how the receptionist offer works too. If your volume is well above that we will say so and price it with you, rather than cut you off or bill you a surprise.
What is included when connecting the review process?
We include setup of the agreed review trigger, including a simple mobile completion form where needed. Authorised staff can use the form without routine HighLevel access. If your existing job or booking software requires bespoke integration work, we will explain and price that separately before you commit.
What happens if our customer volume changes?
Nothing, for almost everyone: the fee does not move with the number of customers you ask. If your volume climbs far beyond what a single location normally sends, we will raise it with you in advance and agree what happens next. No surprise overage charges either way.
Does this page cover everything Area Leaders does?
No. This page prices the reputation work only. Answering your calls, your website and following up old enquiries are three separate offers, each with its own site and its own published price. Nothing on this page is a cut-down version of one of them.
Where do I find the prices for the other three?
All four are listed side by side at arealeaders.co.uk/pricing, and each one publishes its own full pricing on its own site: websites.arealeaders.co.uk, calls.arealeaders.co.uk and reconnect.arealeaders.co.uk. They are linked from this page and from the footer of every page.
Do I own my Google profile and domain?
Yes. You keep primary ownership. Area Leaders works through manager or delegated access.
Do you guarantee a number-one ranking?
No honest agency can. We guarantee the work listed on this page, transparent reporting and measurable comparisons against the starting point.

Choose a plan based on real customer volume.

We'll confirm how many customers should enter the request journey each month, then set up the complete Review Engine.
