A whole channel your competitors can't see
Search is changing. People increasingly type a question into ChatGPT, ask a voice assistant, or read the AI summary at the top of Google instead of scrolling ten blue links. When they ask "who's a good garage near me?" or "best barber in [town]," the AI answers with a shortlist.
Here's the catch: those tools pull from sources most local businesses have never set up. ChatGPT, for instance, leans on Bing's index, and most local businesses have no Bing presence at all, so they're simply invisible to it. Being early here is a genuine, unfair advantage while your competitors sleep on it.
What makes AI pick you
AI answers are built from the same signals as local search. You earn a mention by getting these right:
How it works
- 1
Audit your AI visibility.
We check whether AI tools currently know and recommend you (often they don't).
- 2
Build the signals.
Schema, directory entries, verifiable content and FAQ, aligned with your Google Business Profile and content.
- 3
Extend off-site.
A presence across the sources AI reads.
- 4
Monitor.
Track whether AI starts naming you for the queries that matter.
Frequently asked questions
- Is AI search real, or just hype?
- Real, and early. A growing share of people now ask AI tools for local recommendations. It won't replace Google overnight, but the businesses preparing now will own the channel as it grows.
- How does ChatGPT decide who to recommend?
- It draws on its sources (including Bing's index) plus the structured, verifiable information it can find about you. If those signals are missing, you're invisible to it. We build them.
- Do I need this if I'm already ranking on Google?
- The two reinforce each other. The same signals help both, but AI visibility reaches customers who never touch a traditional search results page.
- Will this stop working when the technology changes?
- The fundamentals (accurate information, trust signals, verifiable claims) are what every system rewards, AI included. That's what we build, rather than chasing tricks that break.
- Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend me?
- No, and nobody honestly can. What we do is build every signal that makes it likely, and show you the difference.
